Manuel Bonilla, Corporate Director of Innovation at SHA
He has more than 20 years of experience in management positions; as a C-Level executive, he has led organizations and processes of transformation, innovation, and change management in complex and regulated environments, both in the public and private sectors, and in industries such as healthcare, technology, and finance.
He holds a degree in Business Management from CEU University, an Executive MBA, and a Diploma of Advanced Studies in Business Administration. He has also completed executive training at ESADE, as well as training in innovation and artificial intelligence at MIT and Harvard Medical School. He combines his management activities with teaching in master’s degrees and programs for executives at universities and business schools, authoring more than 100 articles in specialized media, and participating as a speaker at international conferences on strategy, innovation, and artificial intelligence. He researches the impact of healthy habits on the productivity and performance of management teams.
His innovation and digital transformation projects have been recognized by prestigious organizations such as the IEEE, and he was awarded the 2018 Best Institutional Management Award by Ejecutivos magazine. He has also been an advisor to startups and a mentor to entrepreneurs.
