Hevolution Foundation joins the Longevity World Forum to Lead the Global “Healthspan” Debate

Hevolution Foundation will participate in the Longevity World Forum (LWF), taking place February 18–20 at La Nave (Madrid), reinforcing the forum’s role as a global platform for advancing the debate around healthspan — living longer in good health.

Founded in 2021 and headquartered in Riyadh, Hevolution has invested more than $400 million over the past three years in research focused on healthy aging, awarding over 200 grants, supporting 250 fellows, partnering with 25 institutions, and making strategic investments in biotechnology companies.

Its Chief Scientific Officer, Felipe Sierra, will speak at LWF.

During the forum, Hevolution will present the second edition of its Global Healthspan Report (GHR), which will be shared with all attendees. Key findings include:

  • 49% of respondents would pay up to half of their annual income for a therapy that extends their healthspan by 10 years.
  • 68% of healthcare professionals report receiving monthly inquiries about healthspan-related interventions.
  • Global investment in healthspan reached $7.3 trillion in 2024, more than double the 2023 figure.

The report also examines the impact of GLP-1 agonists and the growing role of artificial intelligence in diagnostics, drug development, and clinical trials, highlighting the need for strong ethical and regulatory frameworks.

With Hevolution Foundation’s participation, the Longevity World Forum further strengthens its international scope and its commitment to a scientific, innovative, and global approach to healthy aging.
