Guillermo Pérez-Solero is the CEO and founder of N-GENE and has extensive experience in the field of longevity, applying innovative approaches that combine the development of preventive strategies with genomic medicine. He leads the evolution of N-GENE.AI with the primary goal of integrating genetics into the daily practice of healthcare professionals.
His scientific focus centers on GWAS (Genome-Wide Association Studies), which he considers fundamental for the development of PRS (Polygenic Risk Scores). His work is focused on creating these polygenic risk scores and on the study of complex diseases such as Type I Diabetes, as well as conditions with significant aging-related mechanisms, such as Alzheimer’s disease.
Guillermo actively participates in globally recognized projects, notably through collaborations with UK Biobank, La Paz University Hospital, and Son Espases University Hospital (Mallorca).
