Carolina Hernández

Carolina Hernández Peratta is a clinical biochemist with over 22 years of experience, specializing in Longevity Medicine and aging management. She is the founder and CEO of Longevity Zone, Spain’s first open innovation consultancy dedicated to longevity, and serves as academic director of pioneering programs such as the Master’s in Anti-Aging and Longevity Medicine at the University of Barcelona. She also leads training programs for healthcare professionals and manages the localization of internationally recognized longevity medicine courses. Carolina provides strategic advice to investors, health institutions, and healthy-building projects, including the International WELL Building Institute and HAUS. She has collaborated for over 20 years with the Generalitat of Catalonia on healthcare education. She is a member of several international scientific societies and the Royal Academy of Medical Sciences of Catalonia. Her work integrates science, education, and practical application to optimize vitality, resilience, and quality of life.
