Since 2009, he has led the Longevity Unit at SHA Spain, applying nutrition, exercise, regenerative medicine, hormone therapy, and genomic testing to optimize overall health. His research has been published in journals such as The Lancet, and he has been recognized with international certifications and awards, including the 2021 European Medicine Award. He is also the author of the book Young at Any Age (HarperCollins, 2023), combining science and personal experience to promote a long and healthy life.
